Job summary

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust in Harrogate invites applications for a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner. Qualifications

• Graduate certificate Level 6 or postgraduate certificate Level 7 in Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners.
• Experience with supervised practice and delivering psychological interventions.
• Ability to work as part of a team and in supervision.
• Experience of working with adults with severe mental health problems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychologically informed wellbeing interventions under supervision.
• Support care planning and care coordination for adults in the community.
• Conduct risk assessments under clinical supervision.
• Collaborate with MDT and liaise with families and carers as appropriate.
• Attend multidisciplinary reviews and contribute to formulation.
