Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver psychologically informed interventions for adults in the community, under supervision from an HCPC registered psychologist. You will contribute to care planning with the multi-disciplinary team and support recovery and wellbeing goals.

The role involves group activities, assessment and adaptable practice within a dynamic community mental health setting.

Qualifications

• Graduates with Level 6 or Level 7 certificates delivering the national curriculum for MHWPs.
• Experience with supervised practice in mental health settings.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and in community settings.

Responsabilités

• Deliver psychologically informed wellbeing interventions under supervision.
• Support adults in the community to develop care plans and achieve outcomes.
• Carry out risk assessments alongside the MDT and maintain safety.
