Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a primary school setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and teaching strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and pupils across a variety of subjects.
• Provide 1:1 or small group support to aid learning and development.
• Assist with planning, preparing and delivering lessons.
• Encourage positive behaviour and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor pupil progress and support intervention strategies.
• Assist with classroom management and a safe learning space.
