Job summary

Trinity Academy seeks a Learning Support Assistant to provide one-to-one and small group support for students, especially those with special educational needs. You will work under the SENDCo to help students engage with lessons and reach their personal best.

The role is permanent and 37.5 hours per week, with emphasis on safeguarding, development, and flexible working options where possible. DBS checks and safeguarding duties are integral to the post.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young people in a school setting.
• Track record of impact through career or personal experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual learning support to students.
• Work closely with students who have SEND or other barriers to learning.
• Support students' academic achievement so each child reaches their best.
