Enable Works is seeking an Employment Coordinator to support people with barriers to work to move into sustainable, well-paid jobs. You will work with NHS and Community Mental Health Teams to deliver IPS services in Dundee, helping clients find open labour market opportunities.

Qualifications

• The role requires drive, energy and commitment to help people obtain high-quality, well-paid jobs.
• Ability to manage own workload, prioritise, and meet targets; IT literacy.
• Confident communicator with strong attention to detail and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Individual Placement Support (IPS) services to people with barriers to work across Dundee in partnership with NHS and Community Mental Health Teams.
• Support clients to progress towards fair and competitive employment in the open labour market.
• Build relationships with employers and local services to create inclusive pathways to work.
