Job summary

NHS Grampian's Information Governance Team is seeking an Information Governance Administration Co-Ordinator (Band 4) on a permanent basis, 36 hours per week. Based at Foresterhill Lea, Foresterhill site, Aberdeen (Office Based).

The role supports handling access to information requests and data for Legal Claims, and information rights requests for Police Scotland and the Procurator Fiscal. The post requires an NVQ level 3 and a diploma level or equivalent in secretarial and administrative

Qualifications

• Educated to NVQ level 3 with diploma level or equivalent in secretarial and administrative procedures.
• Excellent organisation and IT skills with good communication.
• Able to balance competing priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Information Governance Team in responding to information access requests.
• Provide data for Legal Claims and information rights requests.
• Handle requests for Police Scotland and the Procurator Fiscal.
