Job summary

Reed in Tonbridge is seeking a Humanities Teacher to make a real difference for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and SEMH needs. You will plan and deliver engaging History, Geography, RE lessons, and support communication and confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Humanities (History, Geography, RE, or related subjects)

• The ability to adapt teaching to each learner and build strong, supportive relationships
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a drive to deliver inspiring, accessible Humanities lessons

Responsibilities

• You'll teach, guide, and inspire children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
• Through meaningful, creative Humanities lessons, you'll help them understand the world around them, develop critical thinking skills, and build confidence in expressing their ideas.
