Qualifications

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience working in a primary school setting is essential.
• Experience delivering lessons and learning interventions is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons to whole classes, groups or individuals as required.
• Support teaching and learning across the school to raise attainment.
• Deliver targeted interventions and additional support programmes.
• Support pupils with SEND and other needs.
• Contribute to assessment, monitoring and reporting on pupil progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to provide engaging learning experiences.
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment where children feel safe and ready to learn.
