Job summary

Places for People Group is seeking a qualified instructor to deliver Healthy Communities sessions across a local contract area. You will plan, run and monitor gym-based classes and related programmes designed to tackle health inequalities within the community.

Ideally, you hold Gym Level 3 or equivalent and can work independently while using MS tools for planning and reporting. This role contributes to broader health outcomes and community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Qualified instructor with ability to deliver sessions independently.
• Experience planning, delivering and monitoring sessions.
• Passion for improving community health.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver Healthy Communities sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate sessions per manager's request.
• Deliver programmes e.g. Exercise Referral, falls prevention as scoped.
