Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Product Support Engineer for civil aerospace gas turbine engines. The role sits at the interface between shop floor, engineering, planning, cost and hardware ownership teams to support safe, cost-efficient engine overhaul.

The position is office-based, focusing on non-conformance management and driving Departure Records or Technical Variances while ensuring quality and on-time delivery. You will help control lifecycle cost drivers and support improving MRO throughput.

Qualifications

• Experience in gas turbine MRO, repair engineering, and/or shop support roles.
• Knowledge of gas turbine engine disassembly and inspection in an overhaul environment.
• Experience with OEM or OEM-authorised MRO facilities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support engine inspection and documentation of hardware condition.
• Drive DR/TV completion and ensure on-time delivery.
• Interface between shop operations, engineering, planning and cost functions.
• Respond to technical queries from OEM hardware owners.
• Contribute to improvements in shop flow and MRO throughput.
