Job summary

EAST LONDON NHS FOUNDATION TRUST seeks a highly motivated Arts Therapist (Art, Music or Dance Movement) to deliver high quality arts therapy across North East London for LD/ASD service users discharged from secure forensic inpatient services.

You will work with autonomy, build links with partner services, and contribute to recovery and relational security within a multidisciplinary team. HCPC registration and relevant qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Post qualification experience as an Arts Therapist working with this client group in both group and individual work.
• Experience with service users with challenging and/or unpredictable behavior.
• Clinical supervision of a trainee Arts Therapist.
• Assessing Service Users and making recommendations to a Multi-disciplinary team.
