Job summary

Chailey Heritage Foundation is seeking a senior finance professional to lead management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and financial analysis. You will build strong relationships across the organisation, help colleagues understand financial information, and support improvements to reporting and systems.

The role demands expertise in financial modelling, data interpretation and proactive collaboration with managers and leaders to influence decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance colleagues.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis and modelling.
• Build trusted relationships across the organisation and support or challenge as needed.
• Improve reporting, systems and automation to strengthen financial processes.
• Deputise for Head of Finance when required.
