You can work full time or part time. The role offers a guaranteed base of £26,437 with OTE £45k-£55k, plus healthcare, holidays, and retailer discounts.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence to speak to members of the public and build quick rapport.
• Passion for animal welfare.
• Reliable, resilient, and target-driven individuals.
• Previous fundraising or sales experience is a bonus but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the public at pre-booked venues (e.g., supermarkets, shopping centres, events).
• Inspire and sign people up for monthly donations.
• Contribute to a genuine face-to-face engagement role with purpose.
