Job summary

Charity Link is seeking confident, talkative fundraisers to work at pre-booked venues across the UK, engaging the public and signing people up for monthly donations. The role is front-line, targets-driven, with full or part-time hours and full training provided.

You’ll receive a guaranteed base salary of £26,437, with OTE £45k–£55k, a healthcare plan, generous holiday allowance, retailer discounts, and a clear career development path within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence to speak to members of the public and build quick rapport.
• Passion for animal welfare.
• Reliable, resilient and target-driven individuals.
• Previous fundraising or sales experience is a bonus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the public at pre-booked venues (e.g., supermarkets, shopping centres, events).
• Spearhead sign-ups for monthly donations and inspire regular giving.
• Face-to-face engagement with purpose in a fast-paced environment.
