Job summary

Academics is recruiting an EYFS SEN TA in Croydon to support young learners with SEN in the Early Years. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, term-time, with daily pay in the £95–£105 range and an ASAP start.

The position focuses on mobility support, personal care, and helping children develop communication and independence. Ideal candidates will have experience with physical needs or disabilities and a passion for inclusive early childhood education, working closely with teachers, SENCOs,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEN in early years.
• Ability to assist with mobility and personal care when needed.
• Patient, nurturing, and adaptable to individual needs.
• Strong communication with teachers and therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in Early Years setting.
• Assist with mobility and personal care as required.
• Support early communication and social development.
