Job summary

Seetec Group in Southampton is seeking an Employment Specialist to support participants with health support needs and learning disabilities into sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload, deliver tailored guidance, create action plans, and coordinate interventions to help progression into work.

You will engage with local employers, referrals, and partner services to identify vacancies and provide interview preparation and in-work support, while maintaining compliance and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience delivering services against contractual and quality standards.
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 applications and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and provide tailored support to help them move into sustainable employment.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalised Action Plans to overcome barriers to work.
• Achieve performance, quality, compliance, and customer service targets.
• Build relationships with local employers and identify suitable job opportunities.
• Support participants with job applications, interviews, and in-work support.
• Collaborate with partner organisations and specialist services to provide holistic support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding requirements.
• Champion best practice and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.
