Qualifications

• Essential: good knowledge of the local labour market

Responsibilities

• Meet and strive to exceed personal performance targets
• Progressively manage a caseload of referred customers to overcome barriers to employment
• Provide a positive experience to new customers and engage them with the programme
• Deliver high standards of customer service and signpost to self-employment support when needed
• Co-create tailored action plans with SMART targets for progression
• Support job-search and interview preparation to match customers to suitable roles
• Build relationships with stakeholders to maximise job opportunities
• Maintain customer records compliant with quality standards
