Zusammenfassung

NEAT seeks an Early Years Stronger Practice Adviser (EYSPA) for Childminder Provision in the Tyneside region. The role focuses on peer coaching, building professional confidence, and guiding four childminders per term to embed evidence-informed improvements.

You will work with the EYSPH Lead, Local Authorities, and a network of early years professionals, contributing to narrowing gaps and improving language and emotional wellbeing in young children.

Qualifikationen

• Must have Full and relevant Level 3 qualification.
• Thorough knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and assessment expectations.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a childminder or in a childminder setting.
• Currently working in an early years setting rated Ofsted 'Good' or 'Outstanding' (or expected standard under new framework) with children aged 0–4.
• Leadership experience within early years provision.
• Experience mentoring or coaching childminders, assistants, or educators and modelling best practice.
• Able to communicate effectively across both face-to-face and virtual settings to suit different learning styles.
• Able to partner closely with the EYSPA Lead, local authorities, and peer childminders to raise standards across the sector
