Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Duty Pharmacy Manager to lead a team, deliver NHS and private services, and provide excellent patient care in our community. This role focuses on developing people, supporting pharmacists, and driving service quality across the pharmacy.

You will work with the Pharmacy Manager to mentor staff, build strong links with GPs, and manage performance while maintaining Tesco's patient-first approach. Flexible working options are available to support life balance.

Qualifications

Pharmacy degree required.
Strong leadership and team empowerment.
GPhC registration and PVG scheme willingness.
DBS check to be completed before employment.

Responsibilities

Supply prescriptions and deliver NHS and Private services with healthcare advice to customers.
Support the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train, and develop colleagues.
Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries.
Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS items.
Contribute to community health initiatives and charity programs.
