Job summary

Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a Regulatory Compliance and Reporting Business Partner to join a small, high-profile team responsible for the Annual Performance Report from data collection through assurance to publication.

You will ensure data readiness, act as a gatekeeper for external regulators, and collaborate with business teams to forecast performance and manage in-year reporting risks. Proficiency in PowerBI and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory reporting and data governance.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to articulate regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data readiness for the Annual Performance Report to meet deadlines.
• Act as gatekeeper for external regulators (Ofwat, Environment Agency, DWI).
• Collaborate with business teams to forecast performance and manage in-year risks.
• Communicate regulatory requirements and align outcomes with corporate aims.
