Job summary

Sunderland Home Care Associates 20/20 Ltd is seeking a Compliance Auditor to join the busy Compliance Team in Sunderland. You will audit services to ensure they meet CQC and regulatory standards, promoting independence and safety for the people we support.

• Ensure services meet and ideally exceed required standards.
• Audit and review documentation and support provided across services.
• Promote and embed best practice.
• Report on areas of concern and prepare action plans and compliance reports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
