Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Children's Social Worker for Salford on a 2-week contract. The role is ideal for experienced practitioners seeking a short-term assignment with immediate start.

Key duties include managing CP and CIN cases, conducting safeguarding assessments, developing case plans with families and schools, attending court hearings, and producing detailed reports while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Social Worker in Children’s Services.
• Strong knowledge of child protection, CIN, and safeguarding procedures.
• Relevant qualifications in social work registration and compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complex cases.
• Clearance regarding gaps in employment history and references.
• Ability to complete the DfE Recommendation Compliance Questions accurately.

Responsabilités

• Managing child protection cases, including CP and CIN.
• Conducting thorough assessments to safeguard children and young people.
