Qualifications

• Excellent assessment and analytical skills, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of children and their families.
• Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
• Managing a caseload of children in need, ensuring timely interventions and regular reviews.
• Working closely with schools, health services, and community organizations to provide holistic support.
• Participating in Child Protection Conferences and contributing to multi-agency meetings.
