Job summary

This role requires a recognized social work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and experience with children in care. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and benefit from flexible working arrangements
Qualifications
- Qualified social worker with BA/MA in Social Work.
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Experience with children in care or similar setting.
- Strong communication and advocacy abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Building trusting relationships with children, families, and foster carers.
- Collaborating with multi-agency teams to deliver effective support and interventions.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of children in care, ensuring their voices are heard.
- Providing guidance and support to foster carers to enhance the care experience.
