Your Chapter Ltd in Pwllheli, Wales, is seeking a Residential Support Worker to help vulnerable children and young people through daily routines, education support, and engaging activities within a passionate team.

This full-time, permanent role includes flexible shifts (evenings, weekends) and an average of two sleep-ins per week (£55 each). Full training is provided to ensure high-quality care, safeguarding, and comprehensive records.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily routines for children, including personal care, meals, and activities
• Provide educational support and assist with homework and skill development
• Lead recreational activities and holidays to boost engagement and well-being

• Complete care plans, reports, and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised home environment
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to create a positive, nurturing atmosphere
