Job summary

Silver Birch Care Ltd in Northampton is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Worker to support children and young people in a safe, nurturing home. The role involves helping with daily routines, care plans, and building confidence while promoting independence.

You will work 40 hours per week including sleep-ins, weekends and shifts, with pay of £13.22 per hour plus £70.50 per sleep-in. Benefits include funded qualifications, development opportunities and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people.
• Genuine passion for supporting and caring for young people.
• Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards).
• Positive, resilient, and team-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
