Job summary

Silver Birch Care Limited is seeking a Children’s Residential Care Worker in Sittingbourne to support young people in a safe, structured home environment. The role includes building relationships, supporting care plans, and promoting independence and wellbeing across daily routines.

You’ll work 30–40 hours per week with sleep-ins where required, get paid £13.22 per hour plus £70.50 per sleep-in, and have access to funded qualifications and career progression within a values-driven organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people (preferred)
• Passion for supporting and caring for young people
• Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
• A positive, resilient, and team-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
