Job summary

YMCA England & Wales is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Clitheroe to help run a busy charity shop, deputise for the store manager, and drive income to support young people’s lives.

You will oversee merchandising, stock rotation and customer service while working with paid staff and volunteers. This role offers a chance to develop entrepreneurship within a community-focused charity and to contribute to a meaningful cause.

Qualifications

• Experience of merchandising, stock rotation and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to deputise for the store manager when required.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills to work with staff and volunteers.
