YMCA England & Wales is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our charity shop team. You will work alongside paid staff and volunteers, deputising for the Store Manager when needed, and driving income for the shop while promoting the YMCA mission in your local community.

You will be highly organised with experience in merchandising, stock rotation and delivering excellent customer service, supporting the store team to achieve targets in a dynamic community setting.
