Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group seeks an experienced Brain Injury Support Worker in Bury, Manchester. You will support a 14-year-old client with a brain injury, assisting with personal care, PEG feeding, and mobility needs both at home and school.

Hydrotherapy is part of the routine; comfort with water and building trust are crucial. A driver’s licence is essential to cover shifts across locations and drive WAVs where needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with brain injury clients.
• Knowledge of PEG feeding and non-verbal communication methods.
• A valid UK driving licence is essential to drive during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks.
• PEG feeding and administration of medications (training provided).
• Moving, handling, and hydrotherapy support; light housekeeping.
