Qualifications

• Background in maths, economics, statistics or related STEM fields.
• 2 years of experience in data analysis or analytics.
• Ability to turn data into clean datasets for reporting.
• Experience building dashboards and data models.

Responsibilities

• Turn unclear requests into clear business problems through structured discovery.
• Assess data availability and quality, transform data into clean datasets.
• Design data models that reflect business logic.
• Build MVP dashboards and iterate from user feedback.
• Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Create well-documented data products and processes for reuse.
• Contribute to the team and share knowledge, and support others.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes beyond dashboards.
