Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead our technology delivery team. You will coach and guide cross-functional teams of researchers, designers, engineers and product owners to deliver programs of work.

This role drives Agile practices, removes barriers, and focuses on value delivery with evidence-based prioritisation. The role offers hybrid working with at least two days in the office.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience as Delivery Manager on technical projects.
• Experience embedding Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) across multi-team environments.
• Strong delivery management focusing on prioritisation, planning and delivery flow.
• Proven ability to use delivery metrics and artefacts to drive clarity.

Aufgaben

• Build and sustain motivated, collaborative and high performing delivery teams.
• Identify and remove barriers to enable smooth, efficient delivery.
• Champion continuous improvement through coaching and mentoring teams and stakeholders in Agile and Lean.
• Focus on highest value work and support Product Owner to prioritise with evidence and deliver on time and quality.
