Job summary

The University of Sheffield is recruiting for a role within the Research Partnerships and Impact team. You will design and deliver general and bespoke training on impact to researchers and professional services colleagues at all career stages, including creating programmes and online resources.

You will coordinate impact evidence, contribute to REF/UKRI reporting, and support the preparation of Impact Case Studies while liaising with faculties and research centres.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience planning and leading projects with clear tasks, resources and timelines.
• Ability to design and deliver workshops and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Evidence of prioritisation and risk-based decision making.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate awareness-raising, training and resources on impact topics, in-person and online.
• Work with senior leads to submit Impact Case Studies and support REF/UKRI proposals.
• Coordinate and support REF impact review processes and annual stocktakes.
• Lead on design and delivery of impact events and maintain impact webpages.
