Job summary

University of Glasgow is hiring for a part-time role (20 hours per week) to support the administrative delivery of research activities within the College of Social Sciences. The post focuses on REF, impact, engagement, and maintaining impact records, with expert advice to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coordinating engagement activities, supervising the Engagement & Impact function, assisting with data collection for the environment statement, and ensuring up-to-date REF knowledge and

Qualifications

• A1 SCQF Level 8 or equivalent, and development in a similar role.
• A2 Demonstrated competencies through personal development and progression.
• A3 Understanding of knowledge exchange and research impact within the social sciences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement and knowledge exchange activities with stakeholders.
• Provide supervisory support for Engagement & Impact and tracking support for REF and income.
• Assist with Impact Case Studies, monitor progress, and maintain the impact tracker database.
