Job summary

Royal Holloway seeks an organised IAA Programme Manager in the Research and Innovation Directorate to oversee Impact Acceleration Accounts (IAAs) and coordinate related activities. You will manage funding calls, support projects, monitor budgets and reporting, and advise academics on maximizing impact.

You will work with academics, external partners and professional services to deliver the programme in line with funder and university requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience of project or programme management.
• Experience of budget management and reporting.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with academics, external partners and colleagues across the University.
• Experience of supporting collaborative projects, funding schemes, events or training activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee funding calls and support impact projects within the IAAs.
• Monitor budgets and reporting and provide advice to academics on maximizing impact.
• Coordinate a portfolio of impact activities with academics, external partners and professional services.
• Organise events and training and ensure delivery of the programme in line with funder and university requirements.
