Job summary

BlueOrchard Finance Ltd seeks a Private Equity Analyst based in London to support origination and execution of private equity transactions in emerging and frontier markets. You will work with local and global teams on market research, due diligence, and reporting for investment committees.

The role requires 1-3 years in private equity or corporate finance, strong financial modelling, and excellent presentation skills. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience with a leading Private Equity or Corporate Finance firm.
• Strong analytical and technical skills including financial modelling.
• Strong report-writing and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Graduate from a leading university.
• Fluency in Spanish would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, screen targets, and analyse investments (valuation and structuring).
• Develop market insights and generate deal ideas with the private equity team.
• Assist due diligence with financial analysis and modelling.
• Prepare investment memos for the Investment Committee.
• Monitor post-investment valuation and asset management; prepare reports for committees and investors.
• Support monthly/quarterly valuation reports and fundraising reporting.
