• Strong report-writing and presentation skills, including producing clear recurring PowerPoint and Word presentations for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of private equity transactions, focusing on financial services in emerging markets.
• Collaborate with local investment teams around the globe to develop deal ideas.
• Assist senior team in due diligence with financial analysis and modelling.
• Prepare investment memos for the Investment Committee.
• Monitor post-investment valuations, reporting, and ad-hoc needs for AGM/investors reporting.
