We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Employment Specialist to join our Connect to Work team, delivering the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model to support people facing barriers to employment. As an Employment Specialist, you will work closely with participants, employers, health professionals and community partners to help individuals identify their strengths, secure sustainable employment, and thrive in the workplace. You will provide personalised, recovery-focused support, building strong relationships and creating opportunities that enable people to achieve their ambitions.
