Arts Council England is seeking a Director of Impact Integration to turn the new Impact Framework into a practical delivery plan across the organisation. Based in London or Manchester, the role supports hybrid working with regular on-site days and collaboration across Communications, Research and Data teams.

The post requires strong leadership, change management and the ability to translate complex information into senior-level conclusions.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced leader with ability to turn strategy into action.
• Strong project and change management skills.
• Understanding of quantitative and qualitative evidence, evaluation and data quality.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the first Impact Report, planned for early 2027.
• Test the Impact Framework with programme teams and develop reporting processes.
• Define data ownership arrangements and guidance for colleagues.
• Prepare a clear handover and costed plan for ongoing work beyond the fixed term.
