Job summary

DAC Group in London seeks an Account Director for a fixed-term contract (Dec–May) or freelance engagement. Lead senior client relationships and drive integrated digital campaigns across media, SEO, content and analytics, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities with enterprise brands. Hybrid working with three days in-office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client services or account management in a digital/ integrated agency.
• 3+ years leading integrated digital marketing accounts incl SEO, Paid media, content.
• Experience managing budgets and profitability.
• Experience with large or enterprise brands.
• Strong commercial awareness and client advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships and strategic direction across programmes.
• Oversee multi-discipline delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Translate client objectives into actionable plans and briefs.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust campaigns for growth.
