Job summary

Youth Sport Trust is seeking an Evaluation & Research Officer to deliver high-quality research and evaluation services, collaborating across teams to evidence reach and impact. You will manage both qualitative and quantitative studies, oversee external partners, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience with primary research techniques.
• Experience scoping, commissioning, conducting and managing evaluation projects.
• Ability to apply statistical analysis and interpretation to datasets.
• Familiar with literature reviews and secondary data analysis.
• Knowledge of questionnaire design and research methodologies.
• Understanding of research ethics and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to monitor and evaluate activities and evidence reach and impact.
• Deliver high-quality research and evaluations using qualitative and quantitative methods; compile briefs and manage external partners.
• Communicate results clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify secondary data sources and ensure robust measurement with logic models.
