Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS clearance registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Geography degree or strong academic background in Geography.
• Legal entitlement to work full-time in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver academically rigorous Geography lessons.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and maximize learning time.
• Embed daily routines and learning habits for pupil success.
• Provide constructive, honest feedback to students.
• Support enrichment and intervention sessions after core lessons.
• Track pupil progress using data-driven assessments.
• Collaborate with leadership to align student progress.
• Foster community links with families to encourage positive behaviour.
