Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a qualified Geography Teacher to join a Stafford secondary school on a full-time, temporary basis. You will deliver Geography across KS3 and KS4, planning engaging lessons and maintaining high standards of learning, behaviour and progress.

Start date ASAP, with a PAYE contract and support from dedicated consultants. A QTS with Geography specialism and strong classroom management are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• QTS with a Geography specialism (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4
• Strong knowledge of the secondary Geography curriculum
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching

Job Title: Geography Teacher

Location: Stafford

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £142 - £195 per day

Are you a qualified Geography Teacher with experience teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4?

Can you deliver engaging Geography lessons that inspire and challenge secondary school students?

Do you have strong classroom management and a passion for helping students achieve their full potential?

The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher who can engage pupils and contribute positively to the wider school environment.

The school is looking to take on a Geography Teacher from Monday 28th September for the remainder of the Autumn term on a full-time, temporary basis. The successful Geography Teacher will teach Geography across KS3 and KS4, planning and delivering engaging lessons while maintaining high expectations for learning, behaviour and progress.

The successful Geography Teacher will have:

• QTS with a Geography specialism (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4
• Strong knowledge of the secondary Geography curriculum
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
