Space is seeking a motivated Fundraising and Engagement Officer to join the Marketing and Fundraising team in Devon-Wide, based in Exeter. The role focuses on developing a comprehensive fundraising strategy across income streams and turning stories into compelling grant applications.

You will collaborate with local teams to engage communities, support events, and ensure impactful funding outcomes, while aligning with Space’s mission to unlock potential for young people and communities.

Qualifications

• Proven fundraising experience in community and/or corporate fundraising, events, and income

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy across income streams.
• Research and locate new funding opportunities and coordinate fundraising activities and events.
• Translate grassroots impact stories into data-informed cases for support and grant applications.
