Job summary

Finance Earth is seeking an Associate to join its environmental impact investment advisory and fund management team in the UK. You will lead and deliver workstreams for clients, build advanced financial models, and contribute to business development across the portfolio of funds and advisory programs.

As you progress, you will mentor junior colleagues, manage client relationships, and represent Finance Earth at sector events, with a clear path toward Senior Associate roles and broader strategic

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, VC/PE, management consultancy, advisory or fund management.
• Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis including cashflow modelling.
• Client-ready report writing and presentation development with ability to translate complex analysis into outputs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of workstreams and projects, acting as the primary contact for clients and delivering end-to-end.
• Develop advanced financial models and client-ready deliverables (business plans, reports, investor pitchbooks, presentations).
• Manage financing transactions, liaising with clients, legal advisers and other parties.
• Oversee impact measurement and reporting frameworks for projects.
• Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts, providing structured feedback and development opportunities.
• Support business development proposals and Finance Earth's external profile.
