Job summary

Interpath Advisory is seeking a Director to support and foster growth in its fund finance advisory business. You will lead complex fund finance transactions, oversee client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand the firm’s advisory services.

The role requires a proven track record in fund finance, strong analytical and modelling skills, and the ability to guide junior team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in fund finance markets with a focus on origination and transaction execution.
• Proven track record in executing fund finance transactions and building client relationships.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; able to interpret complex data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present complex information clearly.
• Collaborative mindset with leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Well-established network within the fund finance sector.
• Understanding of market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fund finance advisory engagements from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Create and present pitch materials, memorandums, and financial models.
• Mentor junior team members to develop their skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in fund finance markets.
