Job summary

Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford is seeking a Senior Manager for Impact Education to lead the design and delivery of innovative educational programmes that empower social entrepreneurs and leaders to drive positive change.

You will work with academic colleagues and global partners to shape strategy, manage budgets, and grow the Centre’s education portfolio locally and internationally, reporting to the Skoll Centre leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of social entrepreneurship, social innovation and systems change.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging educational programmes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage projects, budgets and competing priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: develop and implement the impact education strategy.
• Programme Development and Delivery: lead design and delivery of key programmes.
• Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships with faculty, departments and external partners.
• Portfolio and Resource Management: oversee priorities, budgets and impact evaluation.
• Learner Engagement and Development: support Skoll Scholars and MBA students.
• Outreach and Impact: collaborate to expand access and impact.
