Job summary

Human Appeal in the United Kingdom seeks a Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to join the Communications (Digital) team at HQ. You will grow organic income and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and more, using data-driven content planning and the RACE framework.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years’ experience in social media or content marketing, a degree in Marketing or related field, strong copywriting skills, and comfort with generative AI tools.

Qualifications

• Degree-educated in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media or Communications.
• There is a 3–4 year minimum experience in social media/content marketing.
• Proven track record of growing organic reach, engagement and income.
• Familiar with Smart Insights RACE framework and KPI tracking.
• Experience using generative AI tools for ideation, scripting and reporting.
• Experience briefing content for paid amplification with marketing teams.
• Strong copywriting across major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat)

Responsibilities

• Grow organic income, reach and engagement across Human Appeal's social channels.
• Plan balanced content using a matrix to educate, entertain, inspire and convince.
• Coordinate with the digital agency for amplification through paid media.
• Set and track KPIs using the RACE framework and audience cohorts.
• Ensure content complies with brand guidelines and UK GDPR.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Fundraising Executive and other teams.
