Qualifications

• Experience working with complex funding guidelines and regular reporting to funders and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and partners, keeping them informed of activities, outcomes and risks.
• Advice to professional services and academic colleagues on regulations and financial matters relating to projects.
• Proven ability to plan effectively, prioritise work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project, financial and compliance management for government funded programmes.
• Manage partners and stakeholders and build strong relationships with funders and SMEs.
• Design and implement procedures and processes for monitoring and reporting.
• Organise meetings and events; support line managers and project teams as needed.
• Develop and improve project management skills within the team.
