Job summary

Wiley in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Peer Review Performance Manager to drive day-to-day peer review performance for a segment of the Research Publishing journal portfolio. You will optimize timelines, ensure best practices, and enhance author experience across the lifecycle.

You will support editors and editorial offices, maintain documentation, and adopt new tools while focusing on speed, quality, and integrity of manuscripts. A degree and publishing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Data literacy and ability to adapt to new systems
• Clear and authoritative communication to direct colleagues
• Experience in publishing or editorial workflows preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide journal-level oversight of the manuscript peer review process from submission to final editorial decision
• Support the editor and editorial office across all journals in remit
• Maintain oversight of accurate documentation of peer review management processes
• Identify and raise integrity concerns and action outcomes from investigations
